Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your registered business name] (“Adoto AI”, “we”), for your use of the Adoto AI website and service. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Adoto AI turns your instructions and uploaded material into short videos using artificial intelligence. Output can contain mistakes. Review every video, especially names, prices, phone numbers and claims, before you publish it.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
• You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
• One free credit grant per person. Creating accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the videos Adoto AI makes for you. You give us permission to process your uploads only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, logos, photos and the likeness of any person shown.

What you can't make

• Content that impersonates a real person or a brand you don't represent.
• Sexual content, hate, harassment, violence, or anything illegal in India.
• Misleading health, financial or legal claims, or advertising that breaks ASCI guidelines.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

Plans renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Credits are added on each successful payment and do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City], India have jurisdiction.
