Privacy policy

This policy explains what Adoto AI collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo.
• From you: your age, whether you create for a business or yourself, and your business name if you give it.
• What you send Adoto: messages, photos, videos and audio you upload, and the videos we make.
• Payment records from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Why we use it

To make your videos, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: account data, database and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude): understanding your requests and producing the video plan and animations.
• ElevenLabs: generating voiceovers from the script.
• Razorpay: payments and invoices.
• Vercel and our rendering servers: hosting the website and producing video files.

Some of these providers process data outside India under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Deleting a project removes its chat, uploads and videos. To delete your whole account, email support@adoto.ai and we will erase your data within 30 days, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us.
