Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time from your account menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then it stops renewing. Credits you already have stay in your account.

Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.

Refunds

Because credits are delivered instantly, monthly payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, email support@adoto.ai within 7 days of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
